WELCOME !

This site provides a few do's and dont's for an interview. Many people struggle with interviews though they are the most experienced and best qualified for the job. I hope my site would prove helpful. Since i'm working on smalltalk, i thought i'd provide some likely interview questions in smalltalk :-) and OOPS. Smalltalkers would definitely want to have a look at the smalltalk questions before interviews.

Prepare.. The interview is an opportunity for both, the interviewer and the candidate to market themselves. The employer is selling the organization to you, and you are marketing your skills, knowledge, and personality to the employer. When you are called for an interview it means that the recruiter believes you u got something for the job, and he or she wants to know for sure. The interview is used to determine whether you are qualified for the position.

Watch your grammar:
Interviewers are interested in articulate candidates. Use pauses rather than "uhs."
